BREXIT: How to make a purchase from the UK
In order for the store to accept your order and allow you to check out, when you are using a mail forwarding service, you have to enter your mail forwarding address(Your EU address) as your shipping and billing address. If you enter your UK address - the store will not allow you to proceed to check out.

How it works
Mail forwarding is the process of post being sent to one address, then posted on to its final destination.You get a new physical address in the EU which can be used to receive envelopes from us with your orders. When items arrive they’re forwarded by your chosen mail forwarding service on to the address of your choosing(your final delivery address).
This is a very beneficial way of shopping with us from the UK, mainly due to the fact that the envelopes you receive and then forward to yourself is just private mail being sent to yourself, no company is involved here hence a much more smooth delivery process in light of the recent Brexit rules. In this case your order is not grouped with anyone elses, it's just one envelope going to a private person.On top of this - once your order from us arrives to your mail forwarding address in the EU - only you decide how, when and with what delivery option it will then be sent to you in the UK. Mail forwarding services usually have contracts with every single courier company and mail services, and give you full flexibility. You will have an online interface allowing you to control your mail.
It’s that simple. Mail forwarding gives you total control over where all of your mail ends up. When you choose this option, we will only send your orders in envelopes, inside of which would be another non-transparent envelope for extra privacy.
All you have to do is create an account with any mail forwarding service that you can find online, in the EU. It could be Netherlands, France, Belgium...whatever country you prefer for your orders to arrive to you in UK from. pripost.eu - A Postbox in the Netherlands For €5 a month - - Netherlands no longer recommended due to a new law starting 1st of July 2025.
europemailbox.com - A mailbox in Germany, Czech Republic or Poland, from €1 per received shipment(letter).
french-office.com - France based mail forwarding service, starts at 22 eur per month, no contract and you can pay only for the months you actually use the service. Great way to forward your orders using La Poste(French postal services)
clevver.io - Over 20 different locations available in the European Union, starts only at 6 eur/month, although is more expensive if you plan to get a lot of orders. Intuitive interface.
Please go to any of the providers above and set yourself up a mailbox, don't forget to verify(usually once you created an account, you can go to "settings" to set up your preferences for all future mail) that your mail is not opened on arrival, but forwarded to you instead.
